Our approach combines warmth and mindfulness to create a powerful experience that strengthens both body and mind. Whether you're here to build resilience, find balance, or simply unwind, we’re excited to have you join our community.

Why Infrared Heated Yoga?

Practicing yoga in infrared heat combines warmth and gentle humidity, offering benefits that go beyond a traditional workout. Here’s how infrared-heated yoga supports a deeper, more effective practice:

Enhanced Flexibility

Infrared heat warms your muscles, helping you stretch more deeply and comfortably, which can improve your flexibility over time.

Detoxification

The heat encourages sweating, promoting natural detox and helping to flush out impurities from your body.

Improved Circulation

Infrared warmth increases blood flow, supporting cardiovascular health and bringing more oxygen to your muscles.

Stress Relief

The heat and intensity help calm the mind, reduce stress, and encourage focus, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

First Class

First Class?

If it’s your first class with us, here’s what you need to know! Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and receive a studio tour. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid eating right before class, and bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. No mat? No towel? No problem! We have rentals for that!

Arrive Early to Get Settled

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to check in, get a quick tour of the studio, and find your space. This extra time helps you relax and get comfortable, and it’s also a chance for us to answer any questions you might have before we begin.

Fuel and Hydrate for Class

To get the most out of your session, hydrate well throughout the day—the heat in the studio means you’ll be sweating more than usual. Avoid heavy meals right before class; instead, have a light snack about an hour or two before to keep your energy steady without feeling weighed down.
